Terms of Service

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece is unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Our pieces are made from natural materials such as marble, brass and crystal. Colour, veining and grain vary from piece to piece, and screen settings and photography lighting can affect how a product appears online. Slight variation is a feature of handmade work, not a defect.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to items already on promotion or sale. Our 5% code for orders above PKR 100,000 applies to full-price items only.

Because most pieces are produced in very small numbers, a maximum of 2 units per item may be purchased in a single order. For larger or trade quantities, contact us directly.
